Karma Thukten (Principal Forestry Officer)

I did my undergraduate in BSc.Life sciences from Sherubtse College affiliated to Delhi University then and MSc. Forestry from Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy, Dehradun, India.
I am interested in the intricacy of genetics, plant systematics, forensics, forest pathology and conservation. Aside from my daily work, I have made writing, photography and coding, my hobby.
I have always dreamt of inventing technologies that could revolutionize forestry sector and enhance our understanding of nature.
I work under Center for Forest Science and Technology in the Institute at present.
