Training on Basic Plant Taxonomy and Identification at UWICE

The Ugyen Wangchuck Institute for Conservation and Environment (UWICE) in collaboration with National Biodiversity Center will be conducting a ten days training (1st to 10th Sept. 2016) on "Basic plant taxonomy and identification of selected sub-tropical families" at the Institute.
The training is focused for those working in Tangsibji Hydropower project and agencies which are directly involved in conservation activities. The main objectives of the training is to familiarize conservationist and agencies to help in conservation of native floral diversity.
