The Ugyen Wangchuck Institute for Conservation and Environment has documented a report on the sacred sites of Aja Ney in Mongar and Ney Chen Chen Phunyingla in Lhuentse. The report highlights the sacred circumambulatory routes, spiritual significance and traditional belief system used to regulate visits to these sacred sites.
