The Ugyen Wangchuck Institute for conservation and environment, DoFPS would like to invite sealed quotation for the lodge, meals and conference hall during the Bhutan Phenology Workshop from 1^st – 3^rd Feb 2017 at Punakha. The quotation should be submitted to the office (UWICE) on or before 20^th January at 10am and the same will be opened at 2pm.
