Continuing the tradition begun in 2000, UWICER is hosting pre-conference of the 10th World Dendro Conference Fieldweek from 3^rd to 9^th June, leading up to the conference, which is scheduled, from 10^th to 15^th June to be held in the conference hall of the Royal University of Bhutan.  

About 50 international and national participants are participating in this fieldweek with 10 instructors. The participants will be taught basic introductory dendro to advance tutorial on software application in Tree-ring research.

The participants are divided into 4 groups depending on their interest and they will be engaged in field sample collection, processing and analysis of their sample.

Each group will present their findings on 8^th of May, 2018.
