On 30^th September 2013, Ms. Hilary, consultant of Karuna Foundation visited the Institute. The main objective of her visit was to know the status of the HEROES (Himalayan Environmental Rhythms Observatory Evaluation System) project funded by the Karuna Foundation.

Mr. Changa Tshering, HEROES Project Coordinator of the Institute talked on plans achieved, ongoing works and future plans of the project.
