A group of students (7 students with a faculty member) from the Charles Sturt University of Australia arrived in Bhutan yesterday (7 April 2015) to undertake a 2-week field course on Environmental Science. In Bhutan, the student group will be meeting with various environment and conservation related agencies and visit field sites to explore and learn about Bhutan’s environment and conservation management regimes. 

The field course is hosted by the Ugyen Wangchuck Institute for Conservation and Environment (UWICE), Department of Forests and Park Services, Lamai Goempa, Bumthang.

The 2-week program ends on 23 April 2015.
