The Ugyen Wangchuck Institute for Conservation and Environment, Bumthang is pleased to invite sealed bids from eligible Bhutanese suppliers for the supply of following items for the Fiscal year 2016-2017:

1. Office stationeries, equipments, Games and sports items, Plumbing items, Electrical items, Carpentry items, Laptops, Computer and Peripherals & Supply of Vehicle spare parts and Maintenance work
2. Catering UWICE Canteen

The last date of submission of bid is on or before 18^th April, 2016 at 12:30PM. The bid should be submitted with the Bid Security/EMD of Nu. 50,000/-(Fifty thousand only) for both Sl. No. 1 & 2.

The cost of tender documents is Nu.300.00 only (Non-refundable) each for Sl. No. 01 and Sl. 02. Please note that tender documents without the document purchase cost will be rejected.
