The Ugyen Wangchuck Institute for Conservation and Environment, Lamai Goempa, Bumthang is pleased to announce the 3rd and 4th batch of Nature Guide and Eco-tourism course at the Institute. The training comprises of both theory and field practicals. 

Interested canddates holding valid trekking and cultural guide license as well as unemployed graduates can apply for the training. However, the preference will be given for those who holds valid guide license.

Prospective candidates may apply along with the following documents latest by 15th Sept. 2016:

• Application form (Download here)
• Citizenship identity card
• A copy of valid license (Trek and/or Cultural Guide) or degree certificate 
• Curriculum Vitae along with passport size photograph
• No objection/ recommendation letter from the concerned agency
• Medical fitness certificate

Apply to the course as per your convenience (20 slots for each batch):

Selected candidates will be paid a monthly stipend of Nu. 1500/- to meet their food and lodging expenses. While on tour Nu. 150/- per day will be paid as their DSA. All other expenditure including vehicles, tuition fees and honorarium for guest lecturers will be met by the Institute.
