The Ugyen Wangchuck Institute for Conservation and Environmental Research (UWICER) is pleased to announce two years Certificate Course in Conservation, Environment and Forestry Studies (2017 - 2019) for the minimum of Class X passed students with the following criteria.

• Have to have minimum of 50% in (English, Dzongkha, History Civics & Geography, Maths and Science)
• Have to complete eight kilometer (8 km) marathon in fifty (50) minutes
• The final selection will be based on academic result of class ten

Interested candidate holding Class X Passed certificate can apply for the certificate course along with the following documents to UWICER Unit office, Thimphu (below Jungzhi handmade paper factory); UWICER office at Lamai Goempa, Bumthang; or you may e-mail at trainingunit@uwice.gov.bt latest by 2^nd June 2017 before 3 pm.

Date, time and place for marathon will be announced on UWICER & MoAF website on 9^th June. Marathon will be held in Thimphu only.
