A complete set of bidding documents can be downloaded from our website from 23rd October 2020. The last date for submission of bids is on or before 21st November, 2020 at 11:30 AM at UWICER, Bumthang. The bids should be accompanied by Bid Security/EMD as mentioned in the bidding document
