The Ugyen Wangchuck Institute for Forestry Research and Training at Lamaigoempa, Bumthang is pleased to announce 150 shortlisted candidates for the 16th batch of foresters (2025-26 intake).

The shortlisted candidates are reminded to take note of the following:

1. Candidates shortlisted for the marathon should reach LungtenZampa and Yangchenphu Junction (Thimphu) on 14th June, 2025 at 5:00 AM sharp for briefing and the marathon. Those who fail to report on time shall be disqualified from participating in the marathon race.

 2. Viva voce: 16th and 17th June, 2025

3. Start of the course: 1st July, 2025
