The Ugyen Wangchuck Institute for Conservation and Environmental Research (UWICER), Bumthang is pleased to re-invites sealed bids from eligible Bhutanese suppliers for the supply of Library books, Computers, and peripheral maintenance and vehicle hiring for FY 2018-19.
A complete set of bidding documents can be downloaded from our website www.uwice.gov.bt from 25 October 2018. The last date for submission of application and bids on or before November 03, 2018 at 11:30 AM at UWICER, Bumthang. Those who have submitted the SBD before need not have to submit again.
